This is the last song, so everybody sing along...

Hello!  I hope everyone's Christmases were lovely.   I had fun.  I got some amazing presents, too.  My preamp included.  It's amazing. I love it.  Definitely spiffy.  I also got some CDs (Geoff Moore and the Distance - Evolution, UnderOath - We're Only Chasing Safety, and TFK - The Flame In All Of Us) and some really cool charms for my Italian charm bracelet and some cute shirts.  Yep. Lots of other stuff, too, but I'm not going to try and remember all of it.  It would take a long time.

Today Madeline and Eli are spending the night.  Woohoo!  My cousins are the greatest.  They make me giggle.

On Christmas Eve Madeline heard Santa for the first time.  She said she'd stay up and listen to see if she could hear him, so she cleverly pretended to be asleep so he wouldn't skip her house.  She called me to let me know.

Four days until my birthday!!!

Alright.  I think I'm going to go shower now.  I like being clean.

Lurve,
Marae

HEY!! I CALLED THAT CD. I EVEN HAVE IT UPSTAIRS! I CALLED IT, AND BOUGHT IT, AND NOW...

*scuttles off*

I protest that your cousins are precisely 0.5 points away from being the best cousins ever. My cousins, clearly, are the best cousins ever.

I have never heard Santa. The time that the shingles came loose and bashed against the roof such that they resembled the footfalls of a man 'cross the roof, I was more inclined to alarm than Holiday Cheer. I suppose one could classify this as proof of a hidden mania.

You know, I like being clean, too! IS IT CRYPTIC?

Awww, man. I was worried that might happen.

Guess what Mara is doing right now. She is riding a rollercoaster. *stare*

The cousins are tucked into their sleeping bags right now. With a lava lamp for a nightlight.

Four.More.Days.

It's seriously weird. Other people think it's weird, too. Not just me.

You should post a picture of your llama for Leighanna. It's so cute and fuzzy. *pets llama*

I'm sorry about last night. *hug*

I was talking to your dad this morning and I must say that I envy their system of handling one another. It'd be pretty nice to just punch someone and tell them to shut up. Seems a bit oversimplified, but, not gonna lie, it would be pretty gratifying.

BUT IT'S A NEW DAY. A NEW DAY THAT JUST SO HAPPENS TO BE YOUR BIRTHDAY EVE. YAY!! *throws confetti*

Wouldn't it be awesome if every person's birthday was a week-long celebration?!? Like Hannukah, but without the dreidels and menorahs!

I FORGOT YOUR BIRTHDAY CEREAL. Snap.
